  • Pricing: All prices are in GBP (ยฃ) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

3. Ordering

  • Placing an Order: By placing an order through our website, you agree to purchase products in accordance with these terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order, which occurs when we dispatch the goods.

4. Coffee Subscription Service

  • Subscription Terms: Subscriptions are billed monthly and will automatically renew until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us directly.
  • Delivery: Subscription deliveries are dispatched on a monthly basis. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, but we strive to deliver your coffee within a few days of roasting for maximum freshness.
  • Subscription Changes: You can modify your subscription (e.g., change beans or delivery frequency) through your account settings.

5. Payment

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed on our website.
  • Payment Security: We use secure payment gateways to process your payment. Your card details are encrypted and not stored on our servers.
  • Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will notify you, and your order will not be processed until payment is completed.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery Locations: We deliver to addresses within the UK only.
  • Delivery Times: Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 working days. Delivery times may vary based on location and circumstances beyond our control.
